Why biuret reagent has to be wrapped by aluminum foil ?
I had done a measurement of protein using biuret and BSA, but i don’t quite understand why the biuret reagent bottle have to wrap with aluminum foil ?So if it is not stored in dark condition, what reaction will happen ? And is it that the Biuret reagent will become instable ?
this is so coz storing it in dark makes it stable indefinately ad we need not make it again and again every time its needed. .
