One Response to “Do concentrations change if you add a catalyst to an equilibrium reaction? Or does the reaction only speed up?”
A catalyst only decreases the energy of activation barrier (so yes it does speed up) for the products to go to reactants so the concentrations of the reactants and products in equilabrium is not effected.
